Shipping Policy

Production & Turnaround Time
All orders are produced promptly, typically within standard production windows based on product type and order size. We offer rush services for urgent jobs—just let us know your deadline, and we’ll do everything we can to meet it.

Same-Day Shipping
Once your order is complete and passes final quality checks, it will ship the same day if finished before 3:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders completed after 3:00 PM will ship the following business day.

Shipping Methods
We use a variety of trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping speed and carrier will be selected based on your preference at checkout or the requirements of your project.

Tracking & Notifications
As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Local Pickup
If you’re in the Las Vegas area, local pickup is available from our production facility during regular business hours.
